Headshots and hits is how many you get PER ROUND same with kills, if it edits something else it will be around the same spot. There are 3 things in the same area kills deaths and kill assists turn on the code in game and press select to see what it changes.
Spoof rank just changes your rank symbol while the code is on it's not permanent. Its different on some iso's thats why there are 2 codes. If one doesn't work try the other.
